What a work-out. We biked today in the spin room and it was 85 degrees. I never knew you can incorporate Bikram temperatures into tri training. Perhaps our coach should have us perform odd movements on the bike.
After pushing myself for a hour- I may say I am improving my cadence- I followed with a brick workout. This so called "brick" is otherwise known as a run. We ran on the track for a mile while I nearly felt as though my heart rate was practically one beat. Bah Boom Bah Boom multiplied infinitesimally. As I experienced the pain, I thought to myself how on earth will I do my next race. Well, guess what....I am participating in one in less than two weeks. Me and my big thoughts!
