It is week two and a couple things are sorted out. Running and swimming are going to be tough. Cycling seems easy or at least doable for now. But, I don’t have my heart rate monitor yet and I have a fear that maybe I need to push harder when spinning to make it worthwhile. I am starting to incorporate the workouts that Andrew, our trainer, gave us for the days we are not meeting as a group and I feel like I could sleep all the time. You know how about 2 or 3PM in the afternoon, you can need a cup of coffee? I feel like by that time every day, I could fall asleep in a second. At this point in training, I feel like I am just showing up, because that is what there is to do, but this is far from being an incorporated “part” of my life.
