My First 5K is a community of people who have decided to take a step towards a healthier lifestyle by completing a 5K. By taking the first step in this new, positive direction, you are not only acting on a commitment that you have made to yourself; you are contributing to a vast and supportive community dedicated to helping others do the same.

- Download a training plan based on your fitness level: 5K Beginner Walking Plan, 5K Walk/Run Plan or 5K Beginner Run Plan
- Recruit your friends to create your own team to support each other to reach your goals

- Share your 5K progress on the Facebook Metabolife First 5K page to inspire others!
